Lifetime Warranty & Coverage

The S-1 Gard is guaranteed by PTS for life for vehicles, with the exception of the following cases when fleet operations present one of the following elements:

• collision with other vehicles or object
• significant damage to the underbody
• significant damage to the sidewall or rear tire
• damage to the rim following an impact against a sidewalk
• excessive body roll in turns due to a defect in the suspension
• failure of the pneumatic system

All sales are subject to the attached limited warranty of PTS and the above exceptions:  (a) the urethane parts (boot) of the product are guaranteed during the entire lifetime of the vehicle and (b) the metal receiver of the product is guaranteed during entire lifetime of the vehicle, except in the case of direct collision, provided that it is part of the purchase linked to the subject order.

The warranty is without limitation as to the mileage of the vehicle or the number of hours of utilization of the vehicle where the S-1 Gard is installed.
